30x30x30 2022 “Psyche” Series
This series grew from a weekly art prompt I’d begun in Spring 2021 as a healing arts practice. The purpose of this series was to document my daily emotions through visual art journaling. Each mixed media piece is influenced by my deepest emotions and thoughts. Autonomy requires a level of vulnerability for genuine self-acceptance and expression.
Each work measures 6x6 inches and is mixed media on paper.
The annual 30x30x30 Exhibition hosted by VAR Gallery invites 30 selected artists to create 30 small works in the first 30 days of January.
